Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Monday, June 9, 2008 >July 20, 1910 – May 10, 2008< A longtime Sacramento resident, Lucille Longshore was called home Saturday, May 10, 2008, at the age of 97. She was a past president of the Holy Spirit Church Altar Society, a past president of the St. Patrick’s Home Guild and a 50-year member of the Tuesday Club of Sacramento. She now rejoins her beloved husband, the late James J. Longshore and is survived by her sons; James M. Longshore and Richard W. Longshore and their families. Friends are welcome to attend a Rosary on Thursday at 7 p.m., at WF Gormley and Sons, 2015 Capitol Ave. As well as a Funeral Mass on Friday at 11 a.m., at Calvary Catholic Cemetery Chapel, 7101 Verner Ave,. Sacramento, California. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that remembrances be made to a charity of choice. Arrangements were entrusted to Lake Havasu Mortuary and Crematory.
