MATTINGLY, Angela W.

Angela W. Mattingly, 85, of Sun City West died peacefully on January 1, 2004 after 61 years of marriage to her husband Joseph. She was born, in Peoria, IL on August 21, 1918 and had lived in Arizona for the past five years, where she attended Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. She had been a resident at Grandview Terrace Care Center for the past eight months. In addition to her husband she is survived by her sisters, Anne Mais of Phoenix, Florence Klockenga of Lincoln, IL, Mary Barron of Denver, CO and Sister Estelle Wiltz O.P. of Sinsinawa, WI. She was the devoted, mother of five children, Joseph, Jr. of Grayslake, IL, Jerome of San Carlos, CA, John of Culver City, CA, Patricia of Glendale and Mary of Darien, IL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A Viewing will be held on Monday, January 5, 2004 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church 14818 W. Deer Valley Rd. with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, January 6, 2004 at the National Memorial Cemetery of AZ, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd.
