Lloyd F. Will, 91, of Cottonwood, died May 17. He was born in Center, N.D., on June 5, 1913.

He owned and operated an oil refinery company in North Dakota until he retired to Arizona 15 years ago. He loved animals especially his devoted companion Rusty.

Mr. Will is survived by his wife of 12 years, Dorothy, and a stepdaughter, Marsha Dial of Hickory Hills, Illinois. 

A memorial service will be June 4 at 10:00 a.m. at the Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Ave., Cottonwood. Inurnment will follow at Valley View Cemetery, Clarkdale
