Mr. Wall served in the U.S. Air Force. 

Visitation at Best Funeral Services & Chapel, 9380 W. Peoria Ave., Peoria, AZ., on Friday, August 30, 2002. Services will be held on Friday, August 31st, at East Resthaven Park Cemetery, 4310 E. Southern Ave, Phoenix. Contributions to the American Cancer Society, 17220 Boswell Blvd., Sun City, AZ.
