KOCH, Oscar Robert


Oscar Robert Koch, 77, went to be with the Lord December 24, 2002. He was a retired retail accounting manager for Associated Grocers (the Fleming Company). Born January 23, 1925, in Haven, Kansas, Oscar served in WWII with the 87th Golden Acorn Division in Europe, fighting in the Battle of the Bulge. Dedicated to the Lord, he was a 35 year volunteer with Aid Association for Lutherans. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Virginia, son Robert (Cheryl), daughters Kathy Bradshaw ( Jeff) and Susan Wolf (Jack), and six grandchildren, Craig, Kara, Clifford, Rachel, Leah and Grace, who were the light of his life. Our thanks to the staff of John C. Lincoln North Mountain for their dedication and excellent care. A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 29, 2002, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 6301 W.
