STUBBS, Bertie Lee Rooks, August 31, 1935 - August 24, 2010. She died unexpectedly. She is survived by her children, Cherie Mitchell and Willie Stubbs, Jr; her brother, Charles Woodall; her eight grandchildren are Tyrone and Jackie Stubbs, Melody, Apryl, Tina, Esther, Zachary and Jessica Mitchell.
