PASQUAL, Frances

Ms. Frances Manuel Pasqual, 96, was born March 18, 1907 in Sacaton. She worked at Olberg Trading Post, owned by the late Ernest and Isabell Ellis. She long was active in Sacaton Flats Presbyterian Church and left a strong impression on many people. She most recently lived at the Gila River nursing home in Laveen and died Dec. 26, 2003. Survivors include two daughters, Joella Velasco of Sacaton Flats and Tonie Whittaker of Blackwater; a sister, Arlene Wall; a half-brother, Rupert Hall; 13 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
