Jesus Antonio Ruiz Peraza, 23 years old, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on December 25, 2003. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 2nd, 2004 at Preston Funeral Home, Phoenix. 

Burial will be in Mexico.
