Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Saturday, April 19, 2008 Jayne Ellen Targgart, 50, passed away April 8, 2008. Jayne was born July 31, 1957, in Gary, Ind., to Thomas and Virginia (Foose) Targgart. Jayne moved from Chesterton, Ind., 14 years ago and made Phoenix her home. Towards the end of 2006, Jayne moved to Lake Havasu City. She enjoyed the new friends she made here and was active in Alanon AA and Narc Anon NA. Jayne also enjoyed camping and fishing and loved riding her motorcycle everyday. Jayne is survived by her soul mate and companion of 13 years, Troy Barnes; daughter Andrea Rose Windish; brothers, Tom Targgart, Darrell Targgart, George Targgart and Jimmy Targgart; sisters, Pricilla Powell and Nanette Foster; granddaughters, Sahvanna, Gillian and Alexandria Windish; and special friends Lee and Millie Barnes and Jean and Bob Laird. A celebration of Jayne’s life will be held on Monday at 11a.m., at Lietz-Fraze Chapel will Pastor Lyndon Mason offering words of comfort and inspiration.
