Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ Friday, September 03, 2010 Theresa Virginia Acton passed away Friday, Aug. 20, 2010, at The Gardens Rehab and Care Center. She was 65. She was born Dec. 29, 1944, in Knoxville, Tenn., to Samuel Anthony Ellis and Rachel Jenkins. She came to Kingman 40 years ago from Santa Monica, Calif. Survivors include her sister, Dottie Lewis of Lenoir, Tenn.; daughters, Karen Wolsey and Rebecca Muller, both of Kingman; son, Lonnie Acton of Colman, S.D.; grandchildren, Beau Brown of Medford, Ore., Treeva Acton, Levi Acton and Cory Dixon, all of Kingman, Tanner Acton and Morgan Acton of Colman; great-granddaughter, Elise Hausen; niece, Larae Lander; long-time good friend and sister-in-law, Nancy Makinson Acton; and special friend, Chuck Scholer, all of Kingman. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Bernice Munoz; beloved grandson, Brandon Wolsey; and niece, Marilyn Green Smith. A family and friends get-together in Mom's honor will be held later in the fall. We miss you, Mom, and love you forever. We will be together again.
