Nicholas Slupczynski, 79, of Kingman passed away Sunday, Aug. 22, 2010, in Kingman. He was born Nov. 23, 1930, in East Chicago, Ind., and came to Kingman 15 years ago from Hammond, Ind.

Nicholas was a pipefitter/welder and a veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Slupczynski of Kingman; three sons, James Edward Slupczynski of Glendive, Mont., Michael Allan Slupczynski of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and David Lee Slupczynski of St. John, Ind.; one daughter, Sharon Lynn Platt of Kingman; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Private memorial services will be held.
