The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ September 10, 2010 Kent Heuy Holden "Dodge" of Canyon Day entered into rest Sept. 4, 2010 in Mesa. He was born Jan. 3, 1969, in Whiteriver. Kent is survived by his son Keith Holden; parents Bernita and Raphael Sr.; sisters Karenita Early, Kenita Holden, Raenita Truax, Rachael Begay, Shawna Shorty; brothers Steward Holden, Samuel Holden Jr., Lucky Holden, Joe Holden, Matthew Holden, Kenneth Holden, Marty Holden, Hershall Truax, Raphael Truax Jr., Rayshawn Truax, Dewayne Danford; uncles Anthony Declay, Theodore Declay, Addison Clendon, Lemuel Clendon, Jerrell Antonio, Leon Quintero Sr.; aunts Carlotta Goklish, Ruby Kane, JoAnn Kane, Valita Hastings, Linda Declay, Rosita Bread, Ellen Danford, Marguretita Griggs, Karleen Beatty, Phillipah Tso, Marian Altaha, Juanda Antonio, many relatives and friends. Kent's body will be brought home for a two-night wake at his residence (5th and Tumbleweed) in Canyon Day Saturday, Sept. 11, at 9 a.m. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Sept. 13, at 1 p.m. at the Canyon Day Miracle Church with Pastor Reno Johnson Sr. officiating.
