Steven George Evans, 66, died Sept. 17, 2007, at his home in Holbrook.

Mr. Evans was born Sept. 26, 1940, to Joseph Arthur and Elvira (Simpson) Evans in Oakland, Calif.

Steven is survived by his wife, Melissa Prather, of nine years, and a sister, Vira Clarke of Hawaii.

Private services will be held.

Owens Mortuary of Holbrook handled the arrangements.
