Mary Cay Crull died Sept. 30, 2007.
She was born May 7, 1942. She graduated from Newport Harbor High School in California in 1960 and was named Miss Costa Mesa in her late teens. She worked during those years taking care of horses and babysitting to earn money to travel through Europe for a year after high school.
Mary Cay went on to earn her real estate broker's license and ran her own property management firm in Newport Beach, Calif. In addition, she taught real estate law and alpine skiing.
She married Jim Crull in 1977, retiring early in 1981 to move to Pinetop. Mary Cay loved horses, German shepherds, reading, gardening and computers. She was a talented seamstress and cook and enjoyed entertaining often. She was beloved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
Left to continue to celebrate Mary Cay's life are her husband, James L. Crull; son Kyle R. Crull and daughter-in-law Paula Crull; daughter Lori C. Crull; and grandchildren Kiah, Samara, Talia and Spencer.
No services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mary Cay Crull's name to the Humane Society of the White Mountains, P.O. Box 909, Lakeside, AZ 85929.
