He was preceded in death by his wife, Ida Gloshay; parents Oscar and Bertha Carter; sisters Sina Dahon, Stella Scott and Tea Zeno; and brothers Brown and Sam Carter. A home viewing and home funeral services were held at his residence in McNary on Sunday, Sept. 9, with Pastor Baker officiating. Interment was at the Whispering Pine Cemetery in McNary.
