Lamont Mortuary of Globe, Globe, AZ September 11, 2010 Carmen R. Rebeles (1924 - 2010) Carmen R. Rebeles, age 86, born Jan. 14, 1924 in Miami, AZ to Francisco and Natalia Renteria, passed away Sept. 4, 2010 at Heritage Health Care Center in Globe, AZ. She was one of eight children, attended Buallion Plaza School then worked at the Copper Mine during the war. She married Tino Castro and they had three children together. After the divorce she moved to Tempe and worked in the food industry. She later married Tiber Rebeles. They enjoyed traveling and spent many happy years together. She was a very dedicated and loving person to her family and friends and was always very vibrant and full of life. She was preceded in death by her husband, her son Randy Castro her daughter Kathleen Castro-Eaton, her brothers Robert, Mike, Julian, Kikes, and her twin Angel Renteria, her sisters Isidran Vargas and Lala Marin and her granddaughter Carmen Higinbotham. Carmen is survived by her daughter Sylvia(Alex) Campos, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. The visitation will be held Sept. 8 at 9:00 am at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church followed by the rosary at 9:30 am and the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. The interment will follow at Mountain Breeze Memorial Gardens.
