Lamont Mortuary of Globe, Globe, AZ September 11, 2010 Daniel Wallace Sturgeon (1959 - 2010) Daniel Wallace Sturgeon, age 50, born Oct. 11, 1959 in Miami, AZ to M. Wallace and Maxine Sturgeon, passed away Sept. 5, 2010 at Copper Mountain Inn Nursing Home in Globe, AZ. He worked as a security guard for Cyprus Mining Co. and enjoyed gardening, watching sports on TV and cooking for his family. He enjoyed life to the fullest, spent many happy hours with his friends, always laughing and had a good sense of humor. He was preceded in death by his mother Maxine Sturgeon. Daniel is survived by his father of Miami, his brother Robert Sturgeon of Globe and his sister Anna(Mehdi) Amiri of Mesa, AZ. The visitation will be held on Sept. 8 at 4:00 pm at Lamont Mortuary Chapel followed by the service on Sept. 9 at 10:00 am at Globe Cemetery.
