Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, AZ Sunday, September 12, 2010 Hugo Cesar Valencia Celis, 17, of Valle, died Friday, Sept. 3, 2010. He was born June 19, 1993 in Mexico. He loved music and writing. The Salgado's Celis, Valencia's and Acevedo's would like to thank you for all your support and sympathy. He is survived by his parents, Juan Franasco Salgado and Alma Rivera Celis Salgado; sisters Arwena Salgado, Christine Salgado and Shirley Tsosie-Acevedo; brothers Jose Z.
