ARNOLD, Henry Meriwether


Henry Meriwether Arnold, 85, of Phoenix, Arizona, went to heaven on January 3, 2004. This loving man and wonderful husband and father, was born on April 10, 1918 in Richmond, Virginia. He attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and served in the military during World War II. He moved to Phoenix in 1954 where his talents as an architect will be seen by many generations to come. Henry was an active member of Second Baptist Church for many years. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy, and daughter Nancy Kryder, daughter Diane and husband Don Merkel, and daughter Faith and husband Bill Gray. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and the entire Peterson family. His passion for life and love of the Lord was clearly evident in all that he did, and he will be missed by all who knew him. A celebration of his life was held Wednesday, January 7th, at Madison Baptist Church, 6202 N. 12th St., Phoenix, Arizona.
