DRESSLER, John A., Jr.

Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Saturday, September 18, 2010 John A. Dressler Jr. passed away Sept. 12, 2010, in Lake Havasu City at the age of 78. He was born to John and Murva (Kelly) Dressler Oct. 1, 1931, in Anaheim, Calif. John served proudly under the direction of the U.S. Aircorp during World War II. He made Lake Havasu his home 23 years ago from Kirksville, Mo. He had owned his own telecommunications business for several years. John was a member of the Elks Lodge, Moose Lodge, Eagles, American Legion and Marine Corp League. John leaves behind his three sons, Michael Rockot, of Missouri, John Rockot and David Thaxton, both of Iowa; daughter, Susanne Elder, of Nevada; six grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
