The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ August 9, 2007 Wallace Bienz, 66, died July 31, 2007, in Mesa. Wally battled serious health problems all his adult life and did it with courage and dignity. He was born Dec. 29, 1940, in Trinidad, Colo., to Walter Bienz and Gertrude Cardiff. He is survived by his wife, Lanette; his son, Lynn (Laura); grandchildren Daniel (Jill), Jared, Kyle, Lacey and Cami; sister Evalynn (Joe) and three nieces, Genny, Joie (Kenneth); and Heather (Richard) and their children, Joshua and Samantha. A visitation will be held Friday, Aug. 10, from 6-8 p.m. at Bunker's Garden Chapel, 33 North Centennial Way in Mesa. A grave dedication will be held Saturday, Aug. 11, at 1 p.m. at the Reed Hatch Memorial Cemetery in Taylor. A memorial service will follow at the Taylor LDS Stake Center. Bunker's Garden Chapel in Mesa handled arrangements.
