John David Tokar, 56, of Phoenix, a teacher, died Dec. 25, 1999. He was born in Detroit and was an Army veteran. He is survived by his brother, Robert. Visitation: Chapel of the Chimes, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale. Services: at the mortuary. The Arizona Republic 12/28/1999.
