The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ July 9, 2007 Julie Ann Tatum, 49, of Show Low went to be with our Heavenly Father July 4, 2007. Julie was born Jan. 7, 1958 at Cambridge, Minn., the daughter of Phillip and Emily (Anderson) Erickson. She spent her early years in Cambridge and came to Arizona in 1970. She graduated from Mesa High School in 1976 and earned a bachelors degree in social service from Northern Arizona University in 1973. She was married to William "Bill" Tatum Nov. 27, 1980 in Mesa. She came to Show Low in 1987 and had been employed at Navapache Regional Medical Center, Northern Pioneer College and, for the past 13 years, at RTA Hospice where she was a social worker. She also served on the board of the Hospice Foundation and Ethics Committee and was a member of the White Mountain Assembly of God Church. Julie lived life with a passion-a passion for family and making dreams come true. She loved to travel and most of all to plan travels. Julie is survived by her husband, Bill, of the home; her mother, Emily Hansen, of Mesa; three daughters, Sanna Adams (Brian) of Pinetop, Petra Vaughn of Show Low and Maria Koehler (Scott) of El Mirage; son, Joshua David Tatum (Mariah) of Show Low; three sisters Marion Swanson, Helen Kampa and Betty Stromquist all of Minn.; and brother, Phillip Erickson, Jr., of Minn. She was preceded in death by her father; a sister, Elizabeth and a grandchild Gabrial. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m, Saturday, July 7 at the Show Low Primary School with Rich Van Proyen and Kevin Weaver officiating.
