Patrick is survived by his mom, Cassi; dad, Guy; grandma, great aunts, great uncles, cousins and some of the best friends anyone could ask for. Patrick was a strong, wonderful young man, but the devastating disease called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy wasted his body away until it could no longer survive.
