Mildred Florence Anderson, 78, of Phoenix, a retired waitress, died Dec. 26, 1999. She was born in Tucson. 

Survivors include her daughter, Jewell Ann REED; son, Albert WEISS; brother, Arden BAZECK, Sr.; and three grandchildren. 

Services: Rude Family Northwest Mortuary, 4033 N. 19th Ave., Phoenix.
