The Paris News, 7 Nov 1982, Page 4, Paris, Texas Bennie Burns CLARKSVILLE--Bennie Burns, formerly of Clarksville, died in Tucson, Ariz. on Wednesday Nov. 3. He was born May 25, 1913, in Red River County. Surviving are two sons, John Burns of Tucson and Bruce Burns, both of Tucson; four daughters, Brenda Bass of Tucson; Veda Spelts of Lynche, Neb., Martha Grubb of Evansville, Ind. and Becky Cedarholm of Black River Falls, Wis.; two sisters, Sally Coleman of Annona and Eurath Babb of Duncanville; one brother, Harold Burns of Houston and five grandchildren. Arrangements are pending with Clarksville Funeral Home.
