BOLTON, Jack

Jack Bolton, 82, of Phoenix, a retired sheet-metal worker, died Dec. 24, 1999. He was born in Sioux City, Iowa. Survivors include his daughter, Joan MEDLIN; son, Richard; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services: Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale.
