The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, September 29, 2010 Frank H. Jaques, 92, of Prescott, Ariz., born Aug. 13, 1918, in Canada, passed away Sept. 26, 2010. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1, 2010, at the Prescott National Cemetery. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
