Juliette Marie Moranz, 77, of Flagstaff, died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2010, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix.
Mrs. Moranz was born Oct. 6, 1932, in San Francisco, to John and Adelaide Re'. She earned her nursing degree from St. Joseph College of Nursing in San Francisco in 1953 and received her license as a registered nurse. She would later work as an R.N. in California, Oklahoma and Arizona.
For the past 19 years while living in Flagstaff, she was active in support of the Symphony Guild and was recognized for her volunteer service at the Flagstaff Medical Center. She was an accomplished artist, a caring and nurturing person whose sense of humor left an impression with everyone she met.
Mrs. Moranz is survived by her beloved husband, George; son John K. Harris of Chicago; daughter Pamela A. Mori of Tokyo, Japan; stepson Loch Moranz of Las Vegas; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
