Herschel Phelps, 82, died May 31, 2007, in Show Low.

He was a retired Air Force master sergeant and served in World War II in Italy on a B17 Bomber crew and flew 46 bombing missions over Germany.

Herschel loved golf, had a good life and did things his way. He will be greatly missed by all.

Herschel is survived by several cousins, nieces and friends. 

No services are planned at this time.
