DEKEN, Evaristus John

Evaristus John Deken, 67, of Phoenix, a retired roofer, died Dec. 25, 1999. He was born in Qulin, Missouri, and was an Air Force and Navy veteran. He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Survivors include his companion, Gerry CANNON; son, Joe; sisters, Theresia HEFNER, Charlotta UBEHOR, Evaline BYRD and Regina CARVER; brothers, Clemens, Sylvester, Hyacinth and Alphonsus; and one grandchild. Services: National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix. Hansen Chapel. The Arizona Republic 12/29/1999.
