Thomas Willard Johnson, 61, of Prescott, Ariz., born May 4, 1949 in Long Beach, N.J., passed away Oct. 4, 2010 at the Bob Stump VA Medical Center in Prescott.

A committal service with military honors will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, 2010 at the Prescott National Cemetery.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
