SNYDER, Raymond Walter

Chino Valley Funeral Home, Chino Valley, Arizona Raymond Walter Snyder, 75 died Saturday, September 25, 2010, in Wickenburg, Arizona due to a MV accident. Raymond was born December 22, 1934, in Huntington Park, Ca., to parents Raymond and Stella(Kasselhoff) Snyder. Raymond spent most of his working years in Alta Loma, California as a truck driver, In his later years he spent time in Arkansas City, Ks., and most recently in Chino Valley, Arizona. He served his country in the United States Army from 1954 to 1962. He is preceded in death by his parents; a son Wayne Snyder who was killed in a MV accident in 1987; and his brothers George Snyder of Arkansas City, Ks. and Larry Snyder of California. He is survived by his children, Dale Snyder; Jennifer Snyder Haskins; Laurie Snyder Horobino; 4 grandchildren;a sister Donna Kossack; sister-in-law Buni Snyder and niece Terri Lin Snow both of Arkansas City, Ks; and nephew Mike Snyder of Chino Valley, Az, with whom he spent his last years; Raymond will be laid to rest at the National Cemetery in Prescott, Az.
