Dolores Imogene Breed, 86, of Lakeside died Oct. 2, 2010, at Solterra in Lakeside with her loving husband at her side.
Dolores was born Aug. 7, 1924, in Centralia, Ill. to the late Avery and Thelma (Boles) McCrary.
Dolores married the love of her life, Edgar Breed, June 25, 1942, and they enjoyed 68 wonderful years of marriage before her passing. In 1965 the Breed family moved to Arizona and in 2007 Dolores and Ed moved to Solterra Senior Living Complex in Lakeside. Ed plans to continue to reside there.
She is survived by her wonderful husband of 68 years, Ed Breed of Lakeside; son, Ron Breed of Oregon; daughter Karen Basco of Show Low; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at Solterra Senior Living Center, 5408 State Highway 260, in Lakeside with Chaplain Kevin Weaver officiating.
