Rochelle Garson Horwich, 80, of Tempe, a homemaker, died Dec. 28, 1999. She was born in Cleveland. Survivors include her husband, Irving Isaac; daughter, Joyce VESPER; sons, Roger and Russell; sister, Ileen HERSH; and three grandchildren. Services: Green Acres Cemetery, 401 N.
