Jose F. Gonzaga, 40, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away December 28, 2003. Mr. Gonzaga was born August 14, 1963 in Phoenix. He was a "Jack of all Trades". Survivors include his companion Debbie; 6 daughters; 2 sons; mother Lydia Gonzaga; 6 sisters and 8 brothers. Visitation on 1/6/04, at Advantage Maryvale Chapel, 6901 W. Indian School Rd. Services will be held on 1/7/04 at Serenity Chapel, 2300 W. Van Buren. Burial at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery. The Arizona Republic on 1/4/2004.
