Robert "Bob" Walter Allen died Sept. 11, 2010, at his home in Prescott Valley, Ariz., he was 65 years old. Bob was born Nov. 24, 1944, in Los Angeles, Calif. Bob owned and operated High Noon Shooting Parlour of Prescott Valley. He was a member of Potter's House Christian Center and the National Rifle Association. Bob was formerly a police officer with the LAPD. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Bob is survived by his wife of 11 years, Wilma Allen; sons Robert Allen of Chino, Calif., and Craig (Rebecca) Allen of Temple City, Calif.; and his stepfather Alvin Cowley of Lynwood, Calif. Survivors also include his brothers, Wayne (Sally) Allen of Carson City, Nev., and Warren (Sue) Cowley of Anaheim, Calif.; and his five grandchildren.
A celebration of Bob's life will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010, at Potter's House Christian Center, 5195 N. State Route 89, Prescott.
