SANTINO, Barbara Carol

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, September 24, 2010 Barbara Carol Santino died Aug. 19, 2010, in Prescott, Ariz. She was 64 years old. Barbara was born Feb. 1, 1946, in Hallock, Minn., the daughter of the late Omar and Lorraine Olson. Barbara is survived by her two children, Kristina LaCour of Peoria, Ariz., and Vincent Santino of New York, N.Y.; brother, Robert (Tammy) Olson of Wisconsin; and her sisters, Rebecca Hilton of Hawaii and Margaret Schumacher of Phoenix, Ariz. Survivors also include her beloved grandson Kyle LaCour; and her four legged friend, Havana. Barbara retired as a nurse. She was a member of the Self-Realization Fellowship of Prescott and an active member in her community "The Villages." Barbara loved reading a good book, was a talented painter and enjoyed swimming. She was most proud of her children and grandson. A Celebration of Barbara's life was Sunday, Aug. 22, 2010, at the clubhouse in The Villages, 12200 E. State Rt. 69, Dewey, Ariz. Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with the arrangements. Information provided by survivors.
