Charles Thomas Terry, 62, born June 10, 1948, in Marion, Ohio, passed away Sept. 20, 2010, in Prescott, Ariz.

Memorial services will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, 2010, at the upper ramada at Watson Lake.

Hampton Funeral Home assisted the family.
