Robert Frank Richardson, 89, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, Sept. 27, 2010, with his beloved wife Dorothy at his side.
Born Jan. 6, 1921, in Trenton, N.J., Robert worked for New Jersey Bell Telephone and retired to Vero Beach, Fla. In 2004, he moved to Prescott, Ariz., where he spent his final years.
Robert served in the U.S. Army during WWI. He was a great outdoorsman, a skilled craftsman and a devoted family man with a wry sense of humor he kept to the end of his days.
Robert is survived by his wife, Dorothy Ethel (Dey) of Prescott, Ariz.; five children, daughter Devah Brinker of Bordentown, N.J., son Robert C. Richardson of Louisville, Colo., daughter Jan Pfleiderer of Ithaca, N.Y.; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial reception is planned for late October in Prescott, Ariz.
