Constance (Connie) Jacqueline Howard, 60, of Cordes Junction, Ariz., born Feb. 1, 1950, passed away Sept. 29, 2010, in Prescott, Ariz.

Services will be 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, at Cordes Lakes Community Center.

Sunrise Funeral Home assisted with the arrangements.
