Harriet Melissa Calkins, 75, passed away peacefully Oct. 6, 2010, at home in the company of her husband and daughters.

Harriet, a caregiver for many years in the tri-city area, was admired and respected by all she served. Her devotion to her clients was exceeded only by her love and affection for all her extended family.

She is survived by her husband Donald; daughters Patricia, Sandra and Kathleen; son Curtis; stepsons David, Daniel and Richard; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and sisters Wilma, Millie and Edna.
