The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, October 08, 2010 Ann Marie Perelka, 90, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 16, 1920, in Burgettstown, Pa., passed away Oct. 7, 2010, at Margaret T. Morris Center. A private cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
