Fabian Paul Granados, 84, of Taylor died at his home May 30, 2007, after a battle with cancer.
Fabian was born March 2, 1923, to Fabian F. and Francis Granados in Indio, Calif. From 1942-1945 he served in WWII. Fabian served in the U.S. Navy, ranking a two-class signal man.
He married the love of his life, Christina Moreno, on Feb. 7, 1948, and together this year celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary. Fabian's hobby was woodworking.
Fabian is survived by his wife, Christina Granados of Taylor; son Edward (Victoria) of Snowflake; grandchildren Jeanette, Paul and Roland; brothers Joe, Louie, Raymond, Richard and Johnny; sisters Mary, Margie Sally and Rosie. He also had three great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by brothers Jess and Ernie.
A memorial service for Fabian will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 9, at Our Lady Of The Snow Catholic Church located in Snowflake.
Silver Creek Mortuary of Taylor handled the arrangements.
