The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ April 19, 2007 Mauricia Ramirez, 85, of Show Low died Friday April 13, 2007, at the RTA Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Lakeside. She was born Sept. 22, 1921, to Pánfilo Ruiz and Dionicia Diaz. Mrs. Ramirez loved little children and adopted many children as her own. She was a sweet and kind lady. Many people will remember her for her good deeds. Mauricia was the best sister and daughter. Her husband, Ricardo Ramirez-Lardizabal, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held in El Paso, Texas, Saturday, April 2. Interment will be in the Restlawn Memorial Park. Owens Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
