ADAY, Edith Norman (Grandma Pie)

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ April 19, 2007 Edith Norman Aday, "Grandma Pie," went home to be with the Lord, April 14, 2007, in Show Low. She was born Sept. 19, 1921, in Whiteriver. Edith is survived by daughters Karen Moody and Marjorie Tenijieth, sons Steven Aday and Delano Keyes, 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and one goddaughter through the church. A wake will start Friday, April 20, at 10 a.m. at her home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 21, at 1 p.m. with Pastor Valentine Begay officiating. Interment will be at the Pinon Cemetery in East Fork. Silver Creek Mortuary of Taylor/Whiteriver handled the arrangements.
