The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ May 3, 2007 Myra H. Carlock, 95, of Vernon died Wednesday, May 2, 2007, in Lakeside. She was born March 4, 1912, in Anthony, N.M. Myra loved children and horseback riding. She was a member of the Maricopa Cattle Women's and Arizona State Cowbelles. Mrs. Carlock is survived by her daughter, Carole Ann Carlock of Vernon; granddaughter Teresa Ann (Tim) Dewyer of Phoenix; great-grandchildren Matthew, Jeniffer and Megan, all of Phoenix. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Carlock; and grandson Robert Wayne Combs. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 7, at the Vernon Branch of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with a viewing one hour prior to services at the church.
