LUTZOW, Martha Louise


The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ March 19, 2007 Martha Louise Lutzow, 84, died March 12, 2007, in Snowflake. She was born Oct. 21, 1922, in Rockford, Ill. She loved to travel and sew things for her children and grandchildren. She loved her family, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were very important to her. For nine years she handmade Christmas ornaments for the California Department of Forestry for a fundraiser to restore an antique fire truck. Lutzow is survived by two daughters, Louise Giberson (Mitch) of Virginia City, Nev., and Patricia Lawson (Ken Holder) of Snowflake; seven grandchildren, Darwin Davis, Annette Wolfe, Ann Webb, Sean Giberson, Teresa Laughlin, Barbara Lawson and James Lawson as well as their spouses and many great-grandchildren. No services are planned. Owens Mortuary of Snowflake handled arrangements.
