Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, AZ Wednesday, October 13, 2010 Lillian Larson Blake, age 99, died peacefully on Oct. 6, 2010 at Faubush Family Homes in Globe, Ariz. Lillian was born June 7, 1911 in Solomonville, Ariz. She was a lifetime Arizona resident. She was a devoted housewife, mother, and grandmother. She was also active in the Miami Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Blake, and her nine siblings. She is survived by four children, Joan (Clarence) McBride of Thatcher, Ariz., Nolan (Linda) Blake, Wayne (Phillis) Blake, and Marilyn Miller, all of Miami; 16 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren. There will be a viewing at 9 a.m. and a service at 10 a.m. for Lillian at the Miami Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Saturday, Oct. 16. Interment will follow on Oct. 16, at 2 p.m. at Pima Cemetery in Pima, Ariz. Funeral arrangements for Lillian Blake were entrusted to Miles Funeral Services Miami.
