Brenda Kay Macier, of Lake Havasu City, passed away Oct. 12, 2010. She was born Dec. 14, 1963, in Okinawa, Japan, to Chizuko Fujiski and Paul Macier (deceased).

She graduated from Purdue University with a BA in foreign languages.

Brenda spent most of her career in the travel industry. She was crazy, funny, always the center of attention and the life of any party. She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Chee and Clair Kirkpatrick; a sister, Annette (and Joseph) Crampton; two nieces, Mari and Cheechan; and a very loving and caring friend, Jay T. Clemens and his daughter, Destiny.

Her life was hard and very short, but she made an impact and will be missed by us all.
